What can I expect from a reading with Kari?
People often feel an enormous sense of relief after a reading, as if they have received a spiritual massage. Most clients express a renewed sense of clarity, direction, and joy. Every reading of course is different, yet my general approach is the same. I begin by discussing your overall life path - your purpose, karmic lessons, desires, potential and any obstacles you might have in fulfilling your potential. We then look deeply into specific issues in your life right now, how they relate to your spiritual lessons, and ways you can activate your power to clear any blocks you may have. Topics discussed usually include career, love, relationships, finances, self-esteem, spirituality, and ways to enhance your own intuition - anything you like, really. What is the difference between an Intuitive Counselor and a Psychic reader?
Most intuitive counselors utilize their psychic and intuitive abilities while conducting a reading. However, an intuitive counselor works with you to help you co-create your ultimate life, rather than merely telling you what will happen without engaging you in the process. For instance, a psychic reader might say something like "you won't get that job you are applying for, but you will find a well paying job in three months", whereas an intuitive counselor will help you understand why you are not getting the job you applied for, (perhaps you are looking in the wrong direction, or you have a fear holding you back, or it was an unsupportive environment for you to work in, etc) and then helps you understand what your true desires are and the steps you can take to manifest those desires.
Can an intuitive reading help me make major life decisions?
Yes. Your future is being created now. By illuminating potential obstacles and blocks and identifying your greatest resources, you can make optional choices for success and well-being. This is not fortune telling however. Your probable future is often illuminated in a reading to help you understand where you are heading. Because you have the gift of free will, in most cases, you have the power to change the outcome. In those situations where you cannot change the outcome, a reading can help you understand the event from a spiritual perspective, and incorporate the lessons for your soul's growth.
Can a reading help me create healthy, happy relationships?
Absolutely. A reading can help increase your personal awareness and self-esteem which inevitably affects the quality of all of your relationships. In addition to assessing your internal power blocks and drives, you can also gain insight into the dynamic that exists between you and specific people in your life.
How can you do a distance reading without meeting me or me being in the room?
We are all connected on a soul level. Your spirit is not restricted by space and time, nor are the angels and Spirit Guide Messengers. For a distance reading, I tune into your vibration, similar to tuning into a radio station of a certain frequency. Your Guides are usually very eager to find a conduit for their messages, and I act as their messenger.
Are distance (telephone) readings as good as in-person readings?
YES! Most of my readings are conducted by phone for clients all over the world. Distance readings are very powerful and accurate. Many people prefer to have a reading over the phone so they can relax within their own environment in a time zone that accommodates them.
Do you record the readings?
Yes. You will receive an electronic MP3 file of your reading via email, or if you prefer, a cassette tape via mail. You are not obligated to have the reading recorded. You might find however, that each time you listen to your recording, you discover new information that has not yet been processed. A lot of information comes through in one session, and you will continue to integrate and absorb the lessons long after the reading. Many clients listen to their recordings frequently because it helps them feel inspired!
